“I always knew I had an interest in health care, but I wasn’t sure what career to choose. I researched chiropractic while completing my undergraduate education and thought it sounded great. I had a gut feeling that this was what I was meant to do then, and I know it’s still where I’m meant to be today. I enjoy helping Helena families feel healthy and well.”
Dr. McClain attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota to get his doctor of chiropractic degree. During his education he was surprised to learn that chiropractic wasn’t just about helping with back and neck pain. He intensely studied the nervous system and our bodies’ inborn ability to heal.
Helping You Live Better
Dr. McClain’s love for helping people first drew him to chiropractic, and it’s what keeps him passionate about his job to this day.
“Our office is such a fun place to be. It’s amazing to see the transformations people go through. We see our patients come alive and get their health back, so they can live the life they were designed to live.”
Living Healthy Lives
Dr. McClain has been married to Dr. Terah McClain for over 14 years and they have three children together. Taking care of his family and spending time with them is Dr. McClain’s main hobby outside of their practice.
The lifestyle they teach to their patients is the lifestyle their entire family lives. This includes making good choices about foods, taking nutritional supplements and receiving chiropractic care.
“This is who we are, not just what we do.”
Dr. McClain donates his time by doing talks in local organizations and churches on a variety of health topics. These cover many different topics such as weight loss, nutrition, exercise and ergonomics.
Meet Dr. Terah McClain
Dr. Terah McClain was first introduced to chiropractic when she was a child. “My uncle was a chiropractor in Manitoba, Canada. I loved the idea of healing through touch. I knew from that very young age that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and become a chiropractor.”
Dr. Terah is passionate about helping Helena families enjoy greater vitality through chiropractic.
Sharing Natural Healing
Dr. Terah attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic to complete her education. She continued to develop her passion for chiropractic even more deeply. ‘’Chiropractic recognizes the amazing power of the body to heal itself naturally, without drugs or surgery, by removing nervous system interference.’’
This simple concept with far-reaching consequences keeps Dr. Terah excited about sharing chiropractic with the community.
Outside of the Office
Dr. Terah and Dr. Michael McClain have three young children: Jaidyn, Evan and Jasper. Outside of the office, they keep busy with ballet and karate classes. Chiropractic is their entire family’s way of life. Dr. Terah is also certified as a Doctor of Chiropractic in both Canada and the USA.
